Founder and CEO of Navar Capital Shares the Story and Principles Behind Its Income Fund

Navar Capital, LLC today released the following letter from Founder and CEO Rajesh Navar regarding the Navar Capital Income Fund:

A Letter from Rajesh Navar, Founder and CEO, Navar Capital, LLC:

Building a strong investment portfolio takes years of hard work. You’ve spent decades building your wealth. Whether planning for retirement or seeking greater financial flexibility, you are probably asking yourself: How can those investments help support your everyday life?

I faced that same question in the early days of my career. For over 25 years, I managed my own investments to generate cash flow while pursuing long-term appreciation, without relying on a regular salary. I was consistently disappointed with the low yields offered by traditional fixed-income instruments. That extensive experience shaped how I think about investing and led me to create the Navar Capital Income Fund.

My Background & Approach

I learned from my father the three values that still define me today: hard work, honesty, and humility. I came to the United States in 1990 with just enough money for my first semester’s tuition while pursuing a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering at Iowa State University. Taking classes in the morning and working late-night shifts as a dishwasher, at $3 per hour, taught me firsthand about the stress of living paycheck-to-paycheck.

My career spans artificial intelligence research and an IEEE publication, working on early internet and search technologies on eBay’s startup team before its IPO, earning a master’s degree in business management from Stanford University, and founding LiveDeal.com, which became a Nasdaq-listed public company. Today, I bring that same engineering and entrepreneurial discipline to Navar Capital to address investors’ cash flow needs.

Our Three Foundational Pillars

• Performance: Performance is central to why we are in business. For September 2026, the Navar Capital Income Fund declared a September cash distribution at a monthly payment rate of 1.87% of beginning-of-month NAV, representing an annualized payment rate of 22.39%. Furthermore, since its inception on May 1, 2026, the Fund has declared cumulative cash distributions equal to 9.21% of invested capital through September 30, 2026, representing an annualized cash distribution rate of 22.11%. We do not use leverage.

Guided by our proprietary QRI™ (Quant-Real-Intelligence) investment framework, the Income Fund generates cash flow through covered call premiums and dividends from its investments to support monthly distributions while pursuing long-term capital appreciation.

• Trust: Trust begins with alignment and accountability. I invest my own capital alongside our limited partners, aligning my interests with theirs. Furthermore, at Navar Capital, we maintain an institutional-quality operating structure supported by independent third-party service providers for custody, auditing, and administration.

• Transparency: Investors have 24×7 online access to daily Net Asset Value (NAV) and receive detailed monthly fund reporting. The funds also provide monthly redemption opportunities, subject to the terms and limitations in the offering documents.

For some investors, regular cash flow simply helps meet household expenses. For others, it supports travel, family, or the flexibility to enjoy what they have built through years of hard work and dedication.

Let’s Have a Conversation

If you are an accredited investor exploring additional sources of portfolio cash flow, I invite you to speak with me personally. The September monthly payment rate is calculated using beginning-of-month net asset value (NAV); its annualized equivalent is the monthly rate multiplied by 12. Cumulative cash distribution uses invested capital and are additive. The annualized cash distribution rate reflects the average monthly cash distribution rate from May 1 through September 30, 2026, multiplied by 12. Performance and distribution figures for 2026 are unaudited. Distribution and payment rates are not total return. Distributions may vary and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
